What is your job position?

I am the Head of Quality at L.E.S.S. SA.

How long have you been working at L.E.S.S. ?

18 months.

In a few words, how would you describe your job position?

This is a challenging and very exciting position. The ambition of L.E.S.S. is to grow from a startup to a qualified automotive supplier while keeping innovation and speed of development high. My role is to setup, consolidate and improve quality processes at each level along with the dynamic pace of the company.

How does your current job compare with the previous job you had?

Despite the demanding activities, we are all working as a family. We all trust each other’s and failure is allowed as long as a fast solution is found for the growth and improvement of the products.

First thing you when you get in the office?

I take a coffee.

What is your best work accomplishment?

The first volume order I’ve been involved in that has been delivered on time thanks to the key involvement of each member of the team.

What is your best memory since joining L.E.S.S.?

I keep in mind the very nice welcome and integration by the team at my arrival.

Which words would you use to describe a typical day at work?

Human relationship, open mind, and nothing identical from one day to another.

Which would be the best thing about working at L.E.S.S.?

There is a super team spirit.
