What we Do

How we ensure the quality of our product

The quality of our products is our top priority to ensure full customer satisfaction and to be a reliable innovation actor in the lighting market.

The main steps to obtain both reliable and high quality products are declined along all our processes, starting from development up to delivery.

Internally, L.E.S.S. relies on qualified and experienced teams that ensure that the development, the industrialization, the production, and the final quality control of our products are undertaken according to international standards. These are supported by key investments into our own environmental testing equipment to ensure strict qualification requests from our customer, from raw material to final product delivery.

Externally, L.E.S.S. relies on a strong supply chain that is focused on strong local and international partnership to ensure high quality service.

Since 2021, our management system has successfully met the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 (attestation of compliance) and has been granted the ISO 9001 certification for the Design, Manufacture, Sales and Marketing of Innovative Lighting Systems.
