As Head of Sales, my role is to lead the sales team, develop and execute the sales strategy, and gather market feedback to support our product development roadmap and go-to-market approach.
First thing you do when you get in the office?
First thing I do is grab a coffee and have casual chat with the team. I often use that moment to share customers feedbacks from recent business trips or discuss open actions — it’s a relaxed way to align before diving into the day.
What is your best work accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment isn’t tied to a single event, but rather to link the long-term effort of building a strong international network and deep understanding of the machine vision market together with the launching of revolutionary lighting product based on our unique technology.
Over the years, I’ve developed lasting relationships with engineers and project managers, and gained valuable insights that help shape strategies and open new business opportunities. Linking it to our impactful lighting products that solve key challenges in this market is a continuous accomplishment.
What is your best memory since joining L.E.S.S.?
My best memory since joining L.E.S.S. was winning our first major machine vision project just a few weeks after launching our new dedicated product line. That combination — from strategy to execution — made it a very rewarding milestone.

Dynamic, collaborative, and hands-on. Every day involves a mix of customer interactions, technical discussions, and strategic planning.
