Dr. Yann Tissot (Chairman)

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics industry. Strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in Negotiation, International Business, Go-to-market Strategy, Management, and Fundraising. Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of L.E.S.S. SA since June 2012. Education: PhD in Photonics, EPFL Lausanne, M. Sc. Microengineering, EPFL Lausanne.

Alain Nicod

Investor and Entrepreneur, Member of the Board of Directors of L.E.S.S. SA since 2015. Education: MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, BA in Business, HEC Lausanne. He is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.

Dr. Reinhard Voelkel

Executive with profound background in technology and digital, Member of the Board of Directors of L.E.S.S. SA since 2021. Education: PhD in Physics, FAU Erlangen-Nünberg, M. Sc. In Physics, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Alexandre Closset

Executive with profound background in innovative management. Member of the Board of Directors of L.E.S.S. SA since 2021. Education: M. Sc. in Management of Technology, HEC Lausanne, M. Sc. in Physics, EPFL Lausanne.
